Proverbs 4, 23. Says to” Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life”. If you pay attention, this principle can absolutely change your life. Why, because it is what YOU think that determines the course of your life! So how do we do that? What does it mean to guard your heart? The question is "how did Jesus guard His heart, fully man. He guarded His heard by keeping His five senses under control? YOU too, have the same spirit living in you to help guide your eyes, ears, nose, mouth, etc. to walk victoriously in this life.
