SINNERS COMING TO CHURCH

Hello Pastor Bob! As a Pastor for 17 years now, I experience a lot of different people and lifestyles coming to my church. I want to understand more of maybe how to handle all the druggies, probably people living together out of wedlock, possibly people trying to steal from the church, etc. Without compromising the Word of God, how did you in the early Sanctuary days teach the people of the gay and lesbian, transgender lifestyle without preaching AT them but TO them. I know I need to teach about the homosexual lifestyle, drugs, and living together being wrong. But how do I teach that to them without offending them? I know you have to do it in a loving way as I'm sure you did with all the new kids that were coming into Sanctuary. Is there a book that you know of? I guess my main question is, How do I handle these people coming in?
