30 Minute Agility Workout

This was Thursday night's workout. I decided that even though I hit legs in the morning, I'd so get agility workout done in the evening. This is something I plan to keep doing with my new program. Heavy weights in the morning and sub-failure work at lunch or in the evening. Days off will be for cardio and mobility. This workout felt awkward. Part of it was sore legs, the other part was just bad coordination. But, that happens. It'll only get better as I keep at it!
