Bench Press, Barbell Rows, and Mile Runs

Yesterday morning I maxed on bench and hit 275. Not bad for a self-rack and re-rack for me. It would be nice to hit 315 again, and I'm not too far off. Barbell Rows felt strong. If there's one thing my calisthenics have really helped strengthen recently, it's my grip. I didn't even think of using chalk or straps to pick up the barbell. Over lunch yesterday, I went for a run. I ended up setting a new PR mile time for the year of 10:52. This was eleven seconds faster than 2 weeks ago. So, my cardio is improving! Can't wait to see what I'll be running by the end of the summer!
