Man Called 911 Only to Get Himself Arrested

A Police Officer arrived at the corner of Truman Ave and Windsor Ln, responding to a reported battery. The reporting party said to be following his attacker.

Upon arrival, the officer encountered the reporting party, operating a motorized scooter, traveling south on Windsor Ave. The reporting party had red marks on his left cheek, consistent with a blow, and a light abrasion in his right shoulder.
