Things Quickly Got Difficult the Moment He Showed His Behavior

Officers responded in reference to a report about a male subject who repeatedly rang the doorbell of a residence at 4:55 a.m. The subject advised that he was attempting to gain attention of someone so that he could get help in returning to his residence.

He appeared intoxicated and with marijuana odor from his person. A green leafy vegetable-like substance was observed in his left pocket. As police started to conduct a search, the subject pulled away and resisted. He became physically assaultive and pushed the officer. He continued to be verbally argumentative.
