[July 27, 2013] Ed Naile (since passed) and Jim Rubens (different from the one we have today) join Skip, Mike, and me to discuss domicile, residency rules, and illegal voting in the Granite State (circa July 2013). You may not be surprised to learn that we still have the same (!$#@!!) problems a dozen years after this episode, despite numerous new laws that claim to address it, like out-of-state students voting as if they lived here.
