Briefing with the Chief - Who is MS-13?

uspected MS-13 Gang Member Kilmar Abrego Garcia has dominated the news cycle for nearly six weeks. Garica was deported on March 15, 2025 to his Country of El Salvador. His family and their attorneys have denied his gang membership and allege Garcia was deported in error. Most Americans do not know or understand the threat of the Transnational Criminal Organization we know as MS-13 or Mara Salvatrucha. On today’s show we will explore the origins of MS-13, how the gang developed into a Transnational Criminal Organization and their ongoing threat to our nation and to the nations of Central America.
