Children Will Be Patriots, Not Soldiers of Woke Communism

In a bold and unapologetic statement, former senior advisor to President Donald Trump, Stephen Miller, reignited the national debate over the future of education in the United States. Just months away from the November 2025 presidential election, Miller reaffirmed one of Trump’s most forceful campaign promises: to take back the schools and teach children to love their country.

“Children will be taught to love the United States. Children will be taught to be patriots. Children will be taught civic values — for schools that want federal funding.”

Under a future Trump administration, the Department of Education will be dismantled, and funding will be redirected to the states — with strict conditions: not a single dollar will go to schools that promote communist ideology, radical gender theory, or racial discrimination disguised as social justice.

Miller denounced what he called a “cancerous communist and woke culture” that has infected classrooms, the media, and local governments. The left, he warned, has redefined reality by teaching that men can be women, that safety must give way to feelings, and that merit is an oppressive concept.

“No nation can survive if it teaches its children to hate themselves or to hate their country.”

These remarks come at a critical moment. With polls divided and the country deeply polarized, education has become a central issue in the campaign. The Biden administration has been accused by Republicans of allowing the education system to become a field of ideological indoctrination. Trump, in contrast, promises to return control to parents, restore traditional values, and reward excellence over political correctness.

Miller made it clear: schools that prioritize gender confusion, erase America’s true history, or degrade the foundational principles of the country will not receive federal funds. Instead, institutions that teach patriotism, discipline, respect for the law, and love for the flag will be promoted.

As the presidential race enters its final stretch, Miller’s words are more than a policy proposal — they represent a moral battle for the nation’s future. Because, as he stated firmly:

“If we don’t stand up for our children, there will be no nation left to defend.”
