Biden slams Trump's comments on Ukraine, addresses dropping out of 2024 race

Former President Joe Biden slammed President Trump's actions in his first interview since leaving the White House. Biden told the BBC he has a "grave concern" about NATO falling apart and criticized Mr. Trump saying Ukraine would have to give up territory to achieve peace. CBS News' Michael George has more.
