Frontier Airlines agents mocked a passenger after charging him a surprise $25 fee and denying him boarding ‘You thought you were gonna get on your flight?’

The 55-year-old father of three tried to check in for his Frontier flight from Raleigh to Boston but missed the 60-minute cut-off by 10 minutes

Since he couldn’t use the kiosk, an agent told him he had to pay a $25 fee to check in at the desk

After a 20-minute argument, he agreed to pay but muttered, “I’m never flying this sh—y airline again.”

Frontier agents then called over police after the passenger threatened to involve them

The man bought a $500 JetBlue ticket to get home and was later reimbursed by Frontier after filing a complaint
