The Real Handmade Work Behind Every Creation

Take a look at this behind-the-scenes glimpse into my latest project! I'm in the process of designing and crafting a new handbag, and it's starting to take shape in the most exciting way. My current bag? Well, it's seen better days—think of a beat-up old car, barely holding on with threads fraying and pieces practically falling off! So, I decided it’s time for a refresh, and I’m thrilled to be creating something new and personal, built from scratch with some of my favourite fabric scraps. There’s something so special about quilting—taking those leftover bits and pieces from past projects and weaving them into something completely unique and full of character. I can’t wait to see how this bag comes together, and I’m loving every moment of turning these scraps into a one-of-a-kind treasure!
