Sen. Wendy Rogers Champions Bill to Ease Building Regulations on Small Business Owners

Sen. Wendy Rogers' SB 1051 would lift the requirement that small business owners hire a structural engineer to subdivide space in their commercial building, to make it easier for small business owners to make the most economical use of their space if they do not need all of it. This bill passed the Arizona Senate and now has been sent to the governor to be signed into law.
