• June 2001: A pandemic simulation depicted a biological attack by Saddam Hussein, generating significant media attention.

• CIA affiliates, including Judith Miller from The New York Times, appeared on talk shows, prompting two Senate hearings led by Joe Biden’s committee.

• These hearings coincided with the 9/11 attacks. Immediately afterward, neoconservatives, collaborating with the CIA, introduced the Patriot Act, which was already prepared.

• The Patriot Act did not repeal the Geneva Convention or the Bioweapons Treaty but stipulated that federal officials could not be prosecuted for violating these statutes. 🤯

• Obama declared a moratorium and ordered Fauci to halt 18 ongoing studies. Instead, Fauci relocated the research to offshore labs in Wuhan and Ukraine.
