GP38-2 (2008) leads B40-8W (4006) and B39-8(E) (3909) pull 82 ethanol cars and 2 buffers through Cumberland, RI. this train was really moving before they came to a restricted speed and threw on the brakes. train slowed so quickly I thought they had gone into emergency.
