STAYING CONTINUALLY, FIRMLY GROUNDED, AND ROOTED IN CHRIST

6 As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, 7 rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding [a]in it with thanksgiving.

What does it mean to you to be grafted into Jesus, the Vine?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me out of this morning scripture, on what it means to be firmly grounded and rooted in Christ, of being grafted to the vine that is Jesus, Through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray with that what I share with you will challenge and motivate you to want to draw closer to Jesus. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn for yourself the importance of not only being continually, firmly grounded, and rooted in Christ, but how to do so! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will motivate you, give you that strong desire and the willpower to make sure that you are firmly, completely, and totally rooted and grounded in Christ.

How can you ensure you’re receiving enough nutrients in your life with God to flourish?

I pray tonight, my friends, that your main focus is being firmly established in Christ, so that you can bear sweet and wonderful fruit for Him. I pray in particular, that you pattern yourself after what Psalm 1 states in that you choose to be planted by the rivers of water, meditate on God's word day and night, make God's word your focus, and always live out its principles and precepts. I pray that you allow Christ to prune you, dig deep into the soil of your heart, and do whatever is needed to help you produce that beautiful fruit for Him, so that you can grow effectively, and that you can grasp that full measure of God's deep exciting love for you. Yes, we're going to have to weather a lot of storms in life, and they're going to bend us all different ways, and even twist us, but in Christ we can withstand them when we choose to be firmly grounded and rooted in Him!
