Ladies, did you know fasting before your period can actually worsen your symptoms?

While fasting is great early in your cycle, the week before your period is when your hormones need more glucose—not less.
Skipping meals during this time can spike cortisol, trigger cravings, and mess with estrogen and progesterone balance.

Focus on complex carbs, nutrient-rich foods, and gentle movement instead. Timing is everything.
