California Democrat BLOCKS Felony Charges for Sex Crimes Involving Teens?!

One of our local Assembly Members, Nick Schultz, a newly elected Democrat from the city of Burbank, has sparked serious controversy.

He blocked a bill that would’ve made it a felony to solicit sex from 16- or 17-year-olds. According to his stance, these individuals “shouldn’t be scrutinized or criminalized” — and neither should the adults who solicit them.

Let that sink in.
Soliciting minors for sex — and not treating it as a felony?
That raises major red flags about the direction of legislation in our state.
