Overhead Press Max Day

Yesterday morning I maxed out on overhead presses. This has always been one of my weaker lifts. 175 was a little disappointing, but not surprising. I'm going to use behind the neck presses as my secondary exercise. I finished out shoulders with Y Laterals on my hyperextension bench, but I'm not totally settled on it as my 3rd exercise. I may go with a type of face pull instead.
