Prisoners don't take kindly to r4pists of young girls. He may just get a taste of his own medicine.
Dean: The SA took place in 2008. He was sentenced to 65 years in prison. He appealed for a lesser sentence claiming that he was a minor at the time. In 2017 he was resentenced to life in prison without possibility of parole.
Benjamin K: He doesn't deserve to rot in prison he deserves the death penalty anyone who harms a child does no matter what race they are. And make it public so anyone else who does that gets a clear message.
Casper: Kendrick Morris was initially sentenced in 2011 to 65 years in prison for the 2008 rape and assault of Queena Phu, as life sentences for juvenile non-homicide offenses were restricted by a 2010 Supreme Court ruling (Graham v. Florida). In 2017, following further Supreme Court decisions on juvenile sentencing (Miller v. Alabama, 2012), he was resentenced to life in prison with the possibility of a sentence review after 20 years, reflecting the severity of the crime while allowing for potential future evaluation.
