The registered owner of the vehicle Kilmar Abrego Garcia was pulled over in during a 2022 traffic stop in Tennessee is a convicted human smuggler who now claims that he hired Abrego Garcia to transport illegal immigrants. One America's Kara McKinney has more on those developments.
