Judicial Overreach or Checks and Balances? Judiciary Committee Hearing- FtF w/ Dion & Shawn
There has been a lot of talk lately about judges and their role in the checks and balances of the three branches of government. President Donald Trump has contested the role of judges, claiming that no "regular" judge should be able to bring a policy to a dead stop on their own.
The House of Representatives held a hearing in the Judiciary Committee tackling this very problem.
