Scrumptious Roasted Fingerling Potatoes Recipe

Roasted Fingerling Potatoes are a great Side Dish or you can serve them with a Dipping Sauce as an Appetizer.

Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 lb Fingerling Potatoes, scrubbed
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1-1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Dried minced Onion
1/2 tsp Salt, plus more to sprinkle
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2-1/2 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro or Parsley, chopped

Line Baking Sheet with Foil.
Brush with Oil.
Preheat Oven 425°F
Place Baking Sheet in Oven.
Cut Potatoes lengthwise in half.
Coat Potatoes with Pepper, Salt, Onion, Italian Seasoning, Paprika, Garlic, Chili Powder & Butter.
Place Potatoes, cut side down in single layer on hot Baking Sheet.
Roast/bake 20 Minutes.
Flip Potatoes and continue roasting 5-10 Minutes.
Sprinkle immediately with Salt and Cilantro before serving.
