Kash Patel: Zero Tolerance for Those Who Harm Children
Kash Patel: "Our children. If you harm our children, no refuge will be given to you. There is no place we won’t go to hunt you down, and there is no place where we won’t search for you. And there is no cage we won’t lock you in if you harm our children.
The priority of this administration and of General Bondi has made it very clear to child predators that they will be hunted and prosecuted. And that is something refreshing to hear for the men and women who tirelessly do this work, and it’s also a recognition of the safety we aim to bring to the United States."
Pam Bondi and Kash Patel's Actions Against Child Predators
Operation Restore Justice: Over 200 Arrests and 115 Children Rescued
In May 2025, Pam Bondi, U.S. Attorney General, and Kash Patel, FBI Director, announced the arrest of 205 alleged child sex predators across the U.S. as part of "Operation Restore Justice," a joint initiative by the Department of Justice and the FBI. The operation led to the rescue of 115 children. Among those arrested were a former D.C. police officer, a Minnesota state trooper, and an illegal immigrant. Bondi warned that those found guilty will face severe penalties, including life sentences, and emphasized that online predators will be tracked and prosecuted without exception.
Demand for Transparency in Epstein Files
In February 2025, Bondi accused the FBI of withholding thousands of pages of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein. She stated that despite her requests, she had only received 200 pages, while a whistleblower revealed that the FBI’s New York office was holding thousands more. Bondi demanded that Patel release all documents by February 28 and called for an internal investigation into the withholding of evidence.
Patel responded by promising a new era of integrity and transparency at the FBI, stating there would be no cover-ups or hidden files and that anyone undermining those principles would be pursued.
Proposed Legislation: Preventing Epstein Documentation Obliteration Act (PEDO Act)
In response to concerns over evidence destruction, Congressman Andy Ogles proposed the "Preventing Epstein Documentation Obliteration Act" (PEDO Act), aimed at preventing the deletion of Epstein-related records and ensuring their preservation for future investigations and public transparency.
These efforts reflect an aggressive stance by Bondi and Patel in the fight against child sexual abuse and in securing accountability in high-profile cases such as Epstein’s.
