Our TOPIC: Your Faith – Your Shield Against The Fire.

Today's SCRIPTURE: Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Isaiah 26:3.

Our Thought For The Day: You have no fire to fear if your faith is alive.We live in times of great uncertainties and insecurity. When you tune your device to any news channel anywhere in the world, you will be confronted with matters that shake and break the heart.

The devil has tried to make life in this world unbearable. And some people, being motivated by the devil in covenant with death, want to destroy as many lives as possible.Now, what do you do in times like this where evil is fighting good and darkness is confronting light? One of the things to do is to have unwavering faith in God.Times of danger, fear, uncertainty, and insecurity requires unshakeable faith in God.Isaiah 26:3 says, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. That is, God will keep you in perfect peace, tranquility, serenity, immovability, if your mind is settled on God.

If you don’t allow your mind to meditate on the evils of the day; if you decide to make your mind settled on the fact that God is stronger than the devil, God will keep you in perfect peace. God is more powerful than the devil. Light can never bow to darkness. When everyone was compelled to bow to the idol of Nebuchadnezzar, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answered and said to King Nebuchadnezzar, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up (Daniel 3:16-18). That is, we are not even giving God conditions; whatever happens, we are with Him.

And God delivered them.That was unshakable, immovable and resolute faith. And the Bible said that the fire had no power over their bodies (Daniel 3:27). So, faith renders harm harmless. It makes death lose the capacity to kill. Beloved, let every devil, witch, or terrorist know that your God is more than able to defend and protect you against their wickedness. Faith has the capacity to destroy destruction. You will see the end of every fire the devil wants to heat up around your life. That fire will not see your end.

Your faith is your shield against every enemy fire. Faith grants your exemption from every form of disaster. So, you have no fire to fear if your faith is alive.And faith is sustained by the light of God’s Word. Your faith is alive when light from the Word enters your spirit (Romans 10:17). Belief is what sponsors behaviour. What you believe is what sponsors your audacity. And what sponsors faith is aggressively searching and ‘eating’ light from scriptures. Anywhere faith is manifested, life is guaranteed (Romans chapter 1 verse 17).Remember this: You have no fire to fear if your faith is alive.

Take this ASSIGNMENTS with you:
#1. Locate a scripture on the area of your life where there seems to be issues, eat the scripture, act based on it, and speak it out.
#2. Refuse to fear; the God in You is greater than the devil around you. Yes sir!

Our PRAYER today: Lord, I receive the Spirit of faith to stay victorious in life. I command the spirit of fear to die, Lord, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen hallelujah!

Many are they who say of me,“There is no help for him in God.” Selah But You, O Lord, are a shield for me,My glory and the One who lifts up my head. I cried to the Lord with my voice,And He heard me from His holy hill. Selah I lay down and slept;I awoke, for the Lord sustained me. I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people Who have set themselves against me all around.
