Alan, Jan and attendees discuss how they’ve been impacted by the realization that the Bible profoundly relates to our lives today and not just of those about which it was written. Jan says that for those who have struggled with having a relationship with God, when we understand that God loved us first, it will greatly change the way we allow ourselves to love Him in return. How we get to that point is a very personal journey. Alan says that having an open, repentant heart is the example he wants to leave for his children.
