P,5 Crazy: Civil Rights Attorney "VS" Corrupt Prosecutor! #brainless #government #prosecutor

I have had 15 hearings. if you spent 3 hours each of your time to attend, that's 45 hours. The DA had spent possible the same amount of time on the case. that's an entire work week over recording in public.

This case has snowballed into something truly insane.

In the last 15 months, I’ve had 15 court hearings. My next one is on May 22 2025.

I’ve had two attorneys, both of whom refused to file motions or help me get discovery. At one point, I tried to represent myself, but the judge wouldn’t allow it.

So I started contacting attorneys—over 120 of them. Most of them didn’t want to touch the case, probably because it’s about government overreach and civil rights.

Eventually, I found someone: Jose Moussa, who is now representing me.

Meanwhile, all the judges in Palmer, where this happened, have recused themselves, so now I’m forced to attend court in Anchorage. I go there in person every time.

The DA doesn’t even show up. They log in by Zoom. And they’ve been reprimanded by the judge three times for missing hearings or not responding.

And here’s the part that really shows how backwards this all is:

The state arrested me for recording my own interaction in the courthouse.

But in the discovery they gave my attorney and me surveillance footage that shows:
• People filling out paperwork with visible Social Security numbers and private info
• People texting, with their phone screens clearly visible
• Full video of parking lots, interior lobby, and every security camera angle.

They redacted a few clips of Judicial Services, but they didn’t redact or blur any of the public’s private information.

So let me get this straight:

They arrested me for filming my own business, but then they turned around and gave me unredacted footage of everyone else’s business.

If this wasn’t recorded—if I didn’t have video—they could’ve said anything they wanted.

This isn’t about safety. It’s not about courtroom rules. It’s about punishing someone who didn’t blindly obey… someone who exercised their rights and held their ground.

This case has cost me time, money, and more than a year of my life. All over filming in public.

If this can happen to me—just a regular person trying to exercise my rights—it can happen to anyone.

And if we don’t speak up about it and hold them Accountable, it’ll keep happening. The DA is refusing to release my body cam video that shows my interaction with the court clerk doing court business. This is all about the fact that I am exposing there corrupt and illegal actions and there unconstitutional Policy’s.
