This guy, Mr. Jelinek, owns some land in St. Joe County, MI. The land is likely an environmental disaster, and the house on it is condemned after a fire a couple years ago claimed the lives of two children.

Think that stops Jelinek from defying Judge Middleton's cease and desist orders, turning it into a junkyard, or illegally tapping power so he can stay there?

Hell no.

There is hope, though. Jelinek managed to get his place under contract to sell, but he could have totally loused that up by not disclosing any of the problems and lawsuits impacting the property.

Can Jelinek stay out of jail?
