The CIA Connection by Peter Kirby

Peter Kirby goes into detail on how The CIA is heavily implicated going back to "The Flying Tigers" and their connection before The CIA's inception in 1947. He connects Air America, Evergreen, and other covert air fleets operated and funded by them.
Together with The MITRE Corporation's Air Command and Control Systems, it is easy to assume that these fleets and Air Traffic Control Systems are covertly operated.
We can even go further after tying this together and the possible connection to the covert human trafficking, drugs, and weapons capabilities if this clandestine command and control apparatus is indeed in place.
