What isn't a secret is every state is in competition with every state. Every county in those states are in competition with one another. After all it's the business of government to make your state the best. It's capitalism just like a business.

What's not a secret is that it takes open minded people on a mission to support small businesses no matter where they are or what they do. Markis is the Director of The Hudson County Office of Business Opportunity, but just because he serves Hudson County, New Jersey doesn't mean his is closed off.
