Testing the Henry All-Weather Rifle: 24 Hours Underwater Challenge

Well, I love the All Weather 45/70 and Henry Repeating Arms said I couldn't break it. So I said, "watch me" with a 24 hour underwater test.

After 24 hours of the rifle being completely submerged in a nearby creek, I was impressed to find it still working fine and no corrosion on the finish. Slight cracks and some de-lamination on the stock and forend but overall nothing that compromised the integrity of the rifle.
