In this video I go over some of the introductory information that can get you started with movement writing. I don't even talk much about drills. I talk mostly about the form and movement that you really need to be concerned with in the early days of practice. I try to provide a lot of visuals on how to do this correctly. This is my personal perspective after about a decade of practice and I hope it helps. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I know I didn't not cover everything.
