MSNBC admits only American citizens have "DUE PROCESS" - May 10, 2025

May 10, 2025 - "We the People of the United States" are the "persons" who get "due process", not foreign invaders, POWs, Mexican cartels, MS-13, ISIS etc., — only American-born or naturalized citizens of the United States are guaranteed due process rights in the U.S. Constitution. The PEOPLE of the United States have provided certain "provisions" for dealing with different groups of foreign nationals while on U.S. territory, such as with immigration laws and immigration courts; but even then, not all laws are not "rights". While laws can define and protect rights, they can also be enacted to regulate behavior or address societal concerns without necessarily establishing or protecting a specific right. In some cases, a law might be considered unjust or even an infringement on a right, even if it can be legally valid in some cases.
