Florida Woman's impatience turns into arrest

Volusia County, Florida - On 05/09/2022 police respond to a trespass call from a local convenience store. Officers meet with the trespasser, who becomes increasingly aggressive due to citizens “harassing” and “constantly calling police” on her. Police have to continuously de-escalate the female and repeat the circumstances of the investigation. While police are trying to issue her a new trespass warning, she continuously lunges at them and spits on one officer, resulting in a battery on law enforcement charge. She continues to refuse to cooperate by locking her knees while being placed in the vehicle and strikes her head on the door panel, accusing the police of abusing her.
