The lamb with two horns is connected to the abomination that caused the desolation of The Jews and the desecration of their temple in ~165 BC [Before Christ]. The two horns are ostensibly minor kings though they are not. [Rev 13:11-18, NKJV] We see them in Daniel 7:24 as another beast rising after the fourth kingdom that rises, which is the first beast in 13.
