Becoming Superman Ep.48 Back, Chest and Shoulders

All right, we’re back at it! This week has been all about rebalancing my schedule, getting back to a structured routine, and making sure I get my lifts in properly. I learned a lot about consistency, recovery, and why forcing a daily grind doesn’t always work. Filming today’s workout, I focused on my Superman program—hitting back, chest, and shoulders hard with pull-ups, flat and incline bench, and upright rows to finish things off.

Sleep and recovery have been huge for me lately. I’ve been adjusting my gym schedule, sometimes hitting late workouts, but making sure to keep pushing forward. Cardio is key right now—I’m trying to stay lean while building muscle with a solid treadmill session after the lifts.

Oh, and my mic totally died today, so enjoy the raw audio. 😅 At least the lighting for posing was on point!
