Liquid Sunshine:
Homemade quinine tonic for parasite & toxin cleanse.

Ingredients:
5 Organic Grapefruit
5 Organic Lemons

Instructions:
1. Soak in white vinegar & water to remove critters and/or wax.
2. Cut away peel and pith and add to slowcooker.
3. Cover peels with approximately 2-3L purified water.
4. Cover with lid and set temperature to lowest setting.
5. Cook for 7-10 hours.
If using a pot cook for 3-4 hours and only simmer, do not boil.
6. Keep lid in place and allow to completely cool.
7. Sieve mixture into glass bottles.
8. Enjoy a small glass daily. If it tastes too bitter, add juice.
9. Add a teaspoon of baking soda for added benefits.
10. Blend the flesh of the fruit to make fresh juice.

This keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks.
