USPS Worker Caught in Ballot Scheme Pleads Guilty

Vicki Stuart, a USPS worker, has pled guilty to identity theft and forgery in a ballot fraud scheme just months before the 2024 presidential election. Along with friend Sally Maxedon, she’s accused of stealing mail-in ballots and submitting them with forged signatures in Mesa County.

With 16 victims and major questions around election integrity, this story is far from over. Stuart’s sentencing is June 25, and Maxedon heads to court soon.
