Border Czar Tom Homan on Newark Mayor Slamming ICE: ‘He’s Not Very Smart’

We have to detain them to go through the due process of, you know, sometimes seeing a judge, sometimes they already have final orders and it’s ranging removal to their countries to get travel documents from their countries and making sure the administrator processes are followed.
