- The premise of the story is that one night, a young boy living in the forest has a nightmare about a deadly premonition. After he wakes up, a fairy sent by the Great Deku Tree guides him to talk to it. The Great Deku Tree gives Link his mission to stop a man named Ganondorf from getting his hands on a wish-granting relic called The Triforce! Link then sets out on his quest to save Hyrule and Princess Zelda!
