Bodybuilding Vegan fourth place journey at the Ruby Classic 2023

Join me as I take you along on my journey as a vegan bodybuilder competing at the Ruby Classic 2023. Despite losing my dad, moving twice, and recovering from tumor surgery, I never missed a training session. I connected with other vegan athletes including a pro bodybuilder while showcasing what's possible on a plant-based diet. Placed fourth but already planning my comeback with a new training split focusing on upper body development.
