Bullet over-penetration in civilian shootings, be it 357 mag., 9MM, 40 S&W, 44 Special, etc.

We have made waaaayyy too much of this bullet "over-penetration" issue as a stand alone issue, if you consider all aspects of social/civilian shootings. There are many aspects to consider in civilian/social shootings with bullet "over-penetration" being only one aspect.
