Homemade Garlic Dill Pickles Recipe | Easy & Delicious Pickles

I’ll walk you through each step of the process to create crispy, crunchy garlic dill pickles that are bursting with delicious, tangy flavor. Once you learn the basics of pickling, you'll be able to make not only these crunchy, tangy, and delicious Garlic Dill Pickles, but any pickled vegetable you can think of, that'll taste just like your favorite store-bought ones (but better), for a fraction of the cost.

Vegetables:
Cucumber (whatever vegetable(s) you want)
Garlic (as desired)
Dill (as desired)

Brine:
1 part White Vinegar
0.5 part Water
0.125 part Salt

Seasonings:
1 tbsp Mustard Seed
1 tsp Black Peppercorn
1 tsp Coriander Seed (optional)
1 tsp Cumin Seed (optional)
2 Bay Leaves (optional)
2 Dried Chili (optional)

1. Prepare vegetables and place them in sanitized jars.
2. Combine brine and seasonings in a pot and bring to a simmer.
3. Pour hot pickling solution over vegetables
4. Allow to cool and store. (approx. 2-3 month shelf life)
