CA vs. BETTY BRODERICK — PART FIVE — KIM BRODERICK testifies!

The state calls Kim Broderick, Dan and Betty's daughter, to the stand to testify against her mother. Kim was just a teenager when the alleged incident occurred in her father's home. She was 21 years old when she testified in her mother's second trial.

This trial is from 1991. Betty Broderick is on trial for the murders of her ex-husband, Dan Broderick, and his wife of six months, Linda Kolkena Broderick. It is alleged that she entered their home in the early morning hours of November 5, 1989, and shot both of them while they were in bed.

Betty blames a contentious divorce and a marriage filled with emotional and physical abuse.
