Plastic Waste Being Converted Into Vanilla Flavouring

Corporations are now recycling plastic waste and turning into Vanilla Flavoring and adding it into our food products

“Did you guys know that vanilla flavoring can be made out of plastic waste? They're doing this through genetically engineered bacteria, and they're already adding it to some foods we eat, so they're trying to upcycle plastic bottles, specifically ones that use PET and TA.

And by the way, that engineered bacteria is actually E. Coli.

So can somebody please explain to me why we know that microplastics, nanoplastics accumulate in the body and cause Alzheimer's, dementia, cognitive decline, stroke, plaque buildup is really bad for our health. Why are we intentionally adding it to our food?”
