Defying odds and changing lives with ice and sugar!

We started a hashtag two and a half years ago #LetThemWatch and now many around the world are talking about the #LetThem theory. Today Lilly Eikermann of Lilly's snow cones in Lake St. Louis, along with her mom. Stacy, will tell her story about how a golf cart and the help of the St Louis Blues and her love of snow cones all changed her world. Lilly has down syndrome but she was not going to let that stop her from living out her dream of not only being employed but employing and believing in others! Only three in 10 people with intellectual disabilities are employed. At Lilly's, everyone has a welcoming and fun place to learn job skills and earn a meaningful wage.
