Because of his politics, he stopped testing, he prolonged the process, and for that reason, he and his Democrat friends moved the TRACON again from New York to Philly, and did it last summer and they weren't prepared to take on the traffic. They didn't have the technological, I think, structure in place. So if you want to look at the problem, Chuck, look at yourself. Look in the mirror.
