Bitter apricot seeds. I'd heard about them for ages but finally took the plunge. Yeah, they're seriously bitter (like "whoa" bitter), but you know what they say. If it tastes rough, it's probably doing something good for you. I was surprised how easy they were to chew though. No grinding, just bite and go. Started with just a few (they say 3 an hour, max 10 a day) since they're strong stuff.

Funny enough, I ended up sending some to a friend's mom right away. When something feels this promising, you wanna share it. It's wild how the simplest things (like a tiny seed) can make you feel like you're onto something big. Ever tried them? Or have another weird little health hack you swear by?
