Moms Run The D -- Belle Isle Mother's Day Walk/Run

I may have injured my foot the day before, but that didn't stop me from showing up for Moms Run the D! This inspiring Mother's Day race on Detroit's beautiful Belle Isle brought out moms, families, and supporters from all over to walk or run the scenic 5K and 10K courses. There were even pacers for the 5K!

While I had to walk the 5K due to my injury, the energy was uplifting, the views were stunning, and the spirit of the community made it all worth it. Whether you were racing for a personal record or strolling with your kids, this event was all about celebrating strength, motherhood, and movement.
