Ginny Silcox worked for the Dept of Energy with Q Clearance. She is a master musicologist and studies frequency. She has the credentials to ask, is this person disinformation? Are they possibly engendering an attack on the facilities and Antartica.

Hecker states that he believes he was used unwittingly as an asset for the CIA.
